I charge 75% of service(s) booked for any cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. I charge 100% for any no-shows. When you book an appointment there is a text and email that is sent with the appointment details. There is a link in the text/email that you can use to cancel your appointment if you need to. There is also a confirmation text and email that goes out 72 hours before your appointment and that gives you plenty of time to cancel an appointment. If you are trying to reschedule and you can’t find an appointment time I do have a waitlist option. Please add yourself to the list with as much detail as possible so I know what days and times work best for you. I contact clients on my waitlist first if I have an opening then I’ll post on my social media if those times don’t get filled. Please be mindful of shuffling around on my books. Be sure that a date and time works for you. If you are unsure please do not book an appointment and cancel multiple times and keep shuffling around. That affects my books every day and it is hard to fill last minute cancellations. If you have multiple services booked for an appointment and you want to take one or more of those services off please give me a 48 hour notice to adjust or you will be charged for all services booked when you come in for your appointment. If you no-show and your card on file does not work you will be blocked from booking any further appointments. You will have to reach out to me directly if you would like to book an appointment and I will send you a deposit to pay the no-show fee and pay 50% of your future appointment. Running late I allow a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. You will be charged a cancellation fee and have to reschedule if you are running more than 10 minutes behind. If you have multiple services booked, we will have to adjust the appointment. Best way to contact me if you need to cancel/adjust or let me know you are running late is to text me at 612-964-1555.
